For Companies

AENTRO Research is a research publication that covers Japanese listed companies for investors and market participants via sponsored research.

This page is a concise guide for companies on what AENTRO Research publishes and the principles behind how we operate.

Investor-facing first

Reports by AENTRO Research are designed as public research for investors and market participants — not as corporate brochures.

Rather than restating company information, we work from public disclosures and interviews to structure the questions investors need to consider, and present them in a form that is readable on their own terms.

The value of being covered by AENTRO Research is therefore not promotional exposure; it is ending up on the market side as public material that supports understanding of your business.

What We Publish

We publish the following report formats:

  • Initiation — starting-point report that frames the company
  • Update — follow-up reports tied to earnings, disclosures, or operating progress
  • Special Note — focused report on a particular theme or issue

How We Work

Reports are built from public disclosures, interviews and fact-finding where useful, and information the company has shared on the understanding it will be published.

Before publication we ask the company to check:

  • Numbers
  • Factual statements
  • Direct quotations
  • Anything that could be clearly misleading

What Companies Can Expect

Being covered by AENTRO Research can help a company achieve states like:

  • Your business and key issues articulated in language that speaks to investors
  • Accumulating public material that market participants actually find worth reading
  • Moving beyond slide decks to a proper starting point for understanding the company
  • An opportunity to see your disclosure and IR more structurally

We do not promise short-term share-price effects or specific outcomes. What we do believe is that publishing reports market-side readers actually want to read is, in the long run, meaningful for the company too.

What We Do Not Do

AENTRO Research does not:

  • Issue ratings
  • Publish target prices
  • Make buy/sell recommendations
  • Take on boilerplate IR-agency work
  • Produce marketing collateral driven solely by the company's preferred framing

What we aim to publish is material that investors and market participants want to read — not text that is merely convenient for the company.
